wHAT IS

K9R FIT CAMP?

A hybrid strength and fitness group

training camp, for Adults and Juniors that focuses on 3 elements:

Productivity, Consistency and Execution.

What is Hybrid? We don’t specialise, instead we generalise in multiple training methods, working on you from the inside-out, to build an all round, holistic, bad-ass version of yourself.

Our training methods include: Strongman, Powerbuilding, Crossfit, Olympic Weightlifting, Athletics and Mobility/Functionality

 

Each of our sessions has a maximum of 5-10 members where we take you through our  structured program. Programs run in phases of usually 6-12 weeks and each session lasts 1hour.

This approach allows you to:

1. NOT FEEL ALONE: Train with others who push, motivate and walk on the same journey as you.

2. STAY CONSISTENT: The accountability and guidance from our coach and the group reduces your temptation to fall off of your journey.

3. QUALITY COACHING: Unlike other fitness classes which hold an instructor to 20+ other members; we keep our ratio 1:5 so you can train safe, don't feel neglected, and reap full benefits for your body.

4. GET THE BODY YOU WANT: It's frustrating to pay for a gym membership not knowing what to do, or training in a class doing the same routine day in, day out. We eradicate that and give you the solution to building the body you can love.

We train for performance AS WELL AS aesthetics, because as a wise man once said:
